An International company operating in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Mauritius, is currently looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join their well-established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full functions involving creditors, debtors and bookkeeping of the organization.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Preparing the regular payments and updating the cash book on a daily basis
- Will be in charge of reducing the outstanding debtors’ book to an acceptable level
- Responsible for the preparation of creditors age analysis and intercompany reconciliations for weekly cash flow
Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk requirements:
- A Degree in Finance or Accounting or any relevant degree
- A National Diploma/Grade 12 Matric certification
- At last 5 years of experience in functions involving creditors, debtors and bookkeeping
