Chief Financial Officer

A market-leading multinational business, based in Mauritius, is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead an established finance team, taking on full responsibility for the financial control of the company. This role would suit a qualified CA (SA) with 6 - 8 years of relevant international experience who has managed and led diverse teams across multiple regions. They should have a strong understanding of risk mitigation, transfer pricing, and treasury management and be comfortable with communicating at a senior level globally.

Chief Financial Officer responsibilities:

• Financial control of the group of companies
• Identifying current and potential risks
• Treasury and Cash-flow management (working capital, capital expenditure, asset management)
• Review and approve all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Chief Financial Officer requirements:

• Big 4 articled CA (SA) with 6 – 8 years of relevant international experience
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong attention to detail and leadership experience
