Finance Lead (Information Technology Industry)

The Finance Lead is responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance support across multiple entities in North Africa. The role ensures accurate financial management, compliance with regional tax regulations, and effective support to business decision-making through strong financial controls and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze country-level P&L performance, margins, and financial trends.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in line with deadlines.

  • Monitor cash flows and predict future financial requirements.

  • Manage payroll processing, commission calculations, bonuses, and related reconciliations.

  • Maintain commission structures, targets, and adjustments in commission management systems.

  • Reconcile revenue, sales, and commissionable revenue monthly.

  • Manage customer rebates, including provisions, claims, and payment calculations.

  • Maintain forecast templates and weekly/monthly forecasting data.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings across multiple North African jurisdictions.

  • Liaise with auditors and support annual audit processes.

  • Support the business with financial guidance and interpretation of financial data.

  • Maintain effective communication with management, customers, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Participate in meetings, projects, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar financial role.
  • Degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise; SAP experience
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Proven experience with regional tax laws and statutory compliance.
