This role manages the employee pay, benefits, rewards and other forms of compensation. This role has responsibility for the compensation budget and manages costs such that the budget is not exceeded.
This role defines the reporting framework across all Human Capital practices, ensure that HC provides the organisation with tangible insights on the people management agenda, costs, engagement and risks.
It develops the reporting tools to be used by the Human Capital team, up-skills and drives effective utilisation.
The role also prepares the necessary reports to Group as well as other external stakeholders.

Detailed job description:
Define the data requirements for the Employee Master data file
Define reporting frequencies for the revision of the data for accuracy
Outline processes for the capture and submission of all Master Data by the Human Capital Consultants and/or Business Partners
Determine the workflow authorisations on the HC system, to be provided to staff in the Human Capital team as well as line managers
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
Review, analyse, and reconcile related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures.
Define the Human Capital Dashboard
Upskill all HC Business Partners and consultants/administrators on the population and use of the Dashboard as a key engagement tool with functional managers
Analyse trends across all practices in Human Capital
Provide insights to GCTO and rest of team to improve the effectiveness of the HC function
Required skills:
Proficiency in Sage 300 People system
Demonstrates clear verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrates a strong command of the English language.
High attention to detail.
Advanced planning and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of the different facets of human capital
Experience in generating monthly human capital statistics and reports for Exco, Board, SET and Remuneration committees.
Data reporting capabilities.
Advanced and predictive analytics.
Ability to work with multiple sources of data.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Industrial Psychology is required.
Certification in Compensation and Benefits speciality
5 year's technical experience, including 3 years as at supervisory level
