A leading FMCG company is looking for a Head of Revenue Management to join their team in Egypt. The ideal candidate must be strong in shaping the strategy based on data & facts and then articulating it in a visual & compelling way.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contextualize RMG role in a commercial environment (category, consumer, customer, company, competition) and develop RMG strategies accordingly;
  • Lead RMG hub analysts to identify & deliver RMG initiatives, creating value for Opcos
  • Lead embedment of RMG into Opco commercial drumbeats (planning cycles, performance reviews)
  • Drive standardization & discipline of RMG approach across the hub
  • Develop RMG capabilities in the hub

Experience & Qualifications

  • +10 years RMG, CMI or commercial experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • English level: proficient
