Finance Analyst – Production Site

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support the financial operations of production site. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and contributing to the site’s ongoing expansion and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and highlight key trends
• Develop financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment tracking
• Support product costing and cost-benefit analysis for operational decisions
• Assist in implementing internal financial controls and audit preparation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency
• Participate in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or controlling

Technical Skills:

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
• Power BI or similar tools is a plus

Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
