As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administrative operations that support the business.
Office Administrator Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Certificate in Office Administration or relevant qualification
- Previous experience in an international corporate environment is advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously whilst grasping new concepts quickly
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and obtain quotes
- Assist in the preparation of international tenders
- Ensure all compliance certification is up to date and deal with the renewal of licenses
- Liaise with insurance companies and all local authorities for documentation, contract, quotation, and other requirements
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with little oversight
