Are you a talented and experienced Financial Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity in the vibrant city of Windhoek, Namibia? I am currently working with a leading pharmaceutical company that is expanding its operations and is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Financial Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance and make recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Develop financial strategies and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA/ Certification related to field will be considered an advantage.
• 5 To 7 years of experience, with previous possible roles such as Financial Analyst and Finance Manager.
• Experience in collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, management reporting, Exco and Board reporting, managing annual audits, an understanding of in-country tax laws and tax compliance and financial statements.
• Proven skills of producing long-term business plans; undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
