Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst for their Advisory & Capital Markets team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving origination, evaluation, and execution of financial advisory and capital market mandates. This role requires a deep understanding of global economy developments and capital markets, along with strong analytical skills.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Analyst in Advisory & Capital Markets, your role will be pivotal in supporting the team's operations. You will keep up-to-date with global economic trends and developments within capital markets, providing valuable insights that will aid decision-making processes. Your expertise will also be crucial in marketing debt and equity product offerings to various clients including corporates, financial institutions, and governments. Additionally, you will assist in executing bond and equity transactions alongside internal teams and external partners.
- Provide support to the advisory and capital markets teams
- Keep abreast of developments in the global economy and capital markets
- Perform valuation analysis to assist in decision making
- Support in marketing debt and equity product offerings to corporates, financial institutions and government clients
- Assist in the execution listing of bond and equity transactions in partnership with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare rating agency presentations and investor presentations
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst position brings a wealth of experience from the finance sector. With an undergraduate degree and master’s degree in accounting, banking or finance, you have built a solid foundation for your career. Your qualifications are further enhanced by relevant certifications such as CFA or ACCA. You have a proven track record of successfully closing financial advisory and capital market mandates which demonstrates your ability to deliver results. Your advanced Excel skills coupled with strong financial modelling abilities enable you to perform complex analyses with ease.
- Undergraduate degree and master’s degree in accounting, banking or finance
- Relevant certifications related to finance and accounting e.g. CFA, ACCA
- Proven track record in successfully closing financial advisory and capital market mandates
- Advanced excel skills and strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management teams
