The primary objective will be to deliver high-quality sales calls and maximise performance across all campaigns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the clients' objectives are met and exceeded.
As a Head of Sales (Call Centre), you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Senior Sales Leaders. Your focus will be on driving performance and guiding the leaders and consultants to consistently achieve and exceed the set out targets in key performance areas. In addition to managing the sales team, you will also be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the Call Centre. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to maintaining a smooth and effective operation.

Key qualifications and experience required for the Head of Sales (Call Centre):
FAIS compliant and Key Individual (KI) essential
High school diploma or equivalent (Matric)
Proficient in computer skills
Proven experience in managing large sales teams, preferably in a call centre environment
In-depth knowledge of call centre processes, procedures, and reporting methods
Key duties of the Head of Sales (Call Centre):
Sales Strategy Development and Management:
Collaborate with the Group CEO to develop and align the Sales Strategy with the overall business strategy. Ensure compliance and maximise performance.
Delivery of High-Quality Sales Calls:
Establish strong foundations for sales calls and achieve KPIs for all campaigns.
Ensure compliance and improve call quality.
Align scripting with campaign objectives and requirements.
Drive Sales Performance:
Monitor Call Centre productivity and set and achieve monthly targets for key performance areas.
Improve performance and exceed targets.
Implement effective incentive campaigns.
Leadership of Senior Sales Leaders:
Allocate campaigns and manage Sales Team structure.
Conduct Performance Management and provide coaching, motivate, uphold organizational values, and develop future Sales Leaders.
Reduce turnover and absenteeism.
Maintain optimal Sales Consultant and Team levels.
Identify recruitment and training needs.
Provide CEO with reports on key performance areas.
