As a Fund Reporting Analyst based in Cape Town, you will play an integral role in managing all aspects of fund administration and reporting for numerous funds within a leading global investment firm.

  • Manage fund administration and reporting for multiple funds within a global investment firm

  • Collaborate with the Fund Administration team to ensure timely and accurate reporting for Associates Partnerships

  • Liaise with senior executives and their contacts to ensure compliance with AML and KYC requirements

  • Prepare call and distribution notices, conducting sample checks for accuracy and transparency

  • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports with high standards of professionalism and precision

  • Address ad hoc investor queries promptly, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction

  • Share knowledge and resources within the team to support collaborative goals

  • Handle sensitive investment information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Utilise advanced IT tools for efficient data management, reporting, and analysis

What you bring:

Your background in finance or accounting equips you with the technical foundation necessary for success as a Fund Reporting Analyst.

  • Degree in a Finance or Accounting related field

  • 2-3 years’ experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to fund administration or family office operations.

  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure

  • Discretion in handling confidential investment and executive-related information

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior executives and their contacts

  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in reporting tasks

  • Excellent organisational skills to multitask efficiently across projects without compromising quality

  • Advanced IT proficiency, including familiarity with digital reporting tools and data management systems
