Vice President : Finance

A leading investment holding is looking for a VP: Finance to lead the Company’s finance function, with full responsibility for financial accounting, reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, compliance, and risk management, ensuring accurate reporting to management and the Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control, policies, and internal governance.

• Lead financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts).

• Manage liquidity, treasury, and financial risk.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

• Improve financial processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, advisers, and consultants.

Functions Under Management
Financial Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, AR/AP, Intercompany, Treasury & Investments, Tax, Procurement, Insurance.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong expertise in financial control, reporting, FP&A, treasury, and/or tax.

• Solid IFRS knowledge and experience in operational finance.

• Experience leading finance teams and working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA an advantage).

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• ACA/ACCA required; MBA, MSc, or CFA an advantage.
