Vice President : Finance
A leading investment holding is looking for a VP: Finance to lead the Company’s finance function, with full responsibility for financial accounting, reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, compliance, and risk management, ensuring accurate reporting to management and the Board.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial control, policies, and internal governance.

Lead financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts).

Manage liquidity, treasury, and financial risk.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

Improve financial processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, advisers, and consultants.
Functions Under Management
Financial Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, AR/AP, Intercompany, Treasury & Investments, Tax, Procurement, Insurance.
Requirements
-
10+ years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in financial control, reporting, FP&A, treasury, and/or tax.

Solid IFRS knowledge and experience in operational finance.

Experience leading finance teams and working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA an advantage).

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

ACA/ACCA required; MBA, MSc, or CFA an advantage.
