Our client a leading financial services firm is looking for a German Speaking Sales Account Executive to join their team in Grand Baie, Mauritius. ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Sales Account Executive, your role will be pivotal in expanding business opportunities. You will utilise your skills in networking, cold calling, emailing and other lead generation techniques to identify prospects. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to establish contact, develop relationships and recommend tailor-made solutions that meet client's goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information and guidance. Additionally, you will manage the pipeline for reporting purposes and productivity analysis.

The Sales Account Executive role will be responsible for:

  • Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry
  • Engage with new customers via networking, cold calling, emailing and other lead generation techniques
  • Sell products and services by establishing contact, developing relationships and recommending tailor-made solutions
  • Develop proposals to meet client's goals including budgets and time lines
  • Maintain relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information and guidance
  • Manage pipeline for reporting purposes and productivity analysis
  • Mentor Business Development Executive in developing prospecting strategy
  • Answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills
  • Excellent High School Results
  • University undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge of the DACH market is a plus
  • You are able to negotiate effectively, collaborate well with others, and have a persuasive manner that helps you succeed in sales
  • Your strong organisational skills allow you to manage your time effectively while pursuing targets
  • You are resilient under pressure and can handle rejection well
