ROLE OVERVIEW
This role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts, develop strong relationships with executive contacts, and ensure the highest quality of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire claim process from start to finish, demonstrating excellent organisational and time management skills. This role provides an exciting opportunity to grow existing accounts and contribute significantly to the success of the business.
The Account Manager (French Speaker) role will be responsible for:
- As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire claim process from start to finish through effective project management.
- You will maintain regular communication with executive contacts, including reporting and troubleshooting, to ensure that service delivery is achieved with the highest quality and effectiveness.
- Your focus will be on growing accounts and driving success through meeting key targets.
- Establishing good relationships with client’s key contacts
- Development and roll-out of service delivery processes
- Preparation and communication of client reporting from high level
- Ensuring measured success of the business
- On-boarding of new accounts
- Additional ad-hoc tasks that may be required to ensure business goals are met
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- High level of academic excellence
- Tertiary qualification being bachelors, masters, or other academic degree
- 3+ Years’ relevant experience
