Financial Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, system development, ERP implementation and maintenance, record keeping, data analysis, reporting and more. Key qualifications for the Financial Manager:

  • CA(SA) or Mauritian Equivalent
  • 3+ Years’ working experience
  • SAGE X3 Experience
  • Excellent High School and University Results

Key duties for the Financial Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Control of the accounting function
  • Cash management including debtors and creditors processes
  • Financial reporting, tracking and analysis
  • Regulatory compliance oversight and management
  • Software Implementation
  • Banking Compliance
  • Management of the Accountants

Key personal skills for a successful Financial Manager:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong communication skills with team members
