What you'll do:

As an Organisational Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing organisational design practices that align with business structures, processes, and roles. Your expertise in talent management will be crucial in driving the development of an integrated talent management framework. You will also be tasked with designing cultural programs aimed at improving engagement and retention strategies. Your ability to support change management activities will be essential in this role. Furthermore, you will partner with HR Operations and management teams to ensure a consistent approach to OD practices across the group. Lastly, your role will involve providing regular reports and insights on workforce trends and organisational effectiveness.

  • Design and implement organisational design practices aligned with business structures, processes, and roles
  • Manage job evaluation practices, develop job descriptions and manage the job grading for the group
  • Conduct organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement and realignment
  • Drive the development and roll-out of an integrated talent management framework
  • Design, implement, and assess cultural programs to continuously improve engagement and retention strategies
  • Support change management activities, leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools
  • Partner with HR Operations and management teams to ensure a consistent approach to OD practices in the group
  • Provide regular reports and insights to managers on workforce trends and organisational effectiveness

What you bring:

The ideal Organisational Development Manager candidate brings a wealth of experience and a strong educational background in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related discipline. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in Organisational Development and 3 years in a managerial role, you have proven your ability to lead and inspire teams. Your experience in job evaluation practices and developing job descriptions will be crucial in this role. Your track record in driving talent management frameworks speaks for itself. You have designed cultural programs aimed at improving engagement and retention strategies. Your experience in supporting change management activities is well-regarded. Lastly, your strong reporting skills and ability to provide insights on workforce trends will be highly valued.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' Organisational Development experience
  • 3 years managerial experience
