Reward Analyst
Our client is looking for an experienced and confident Rewards Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. This full-time, on-site role will involve working closely with the Head of Reward (UK-based) and analyze reward structures within the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in complex environments and will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage reward structures within the private equity space.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Handle complex tasks.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience.
- Background in complex industries such as insurance, asset management, or consultancy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Workday (preferred but not mandatory).
- Confident and independent thinker.
- Quick decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
