Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Real Estate & Administration. This role is pivotal in overseeing all office services at the Bank’s headquarters and global locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with global office standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing over 70 staff members, providing strategic operational support to the Director of Real Estate and Administration, and ensuring smooth work flows and execution of office functions.
What you'll do:
As a Manager for Real Estate & Administration, your role will be integral in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's offices globally. You will oversee all aspects of office services, from courier services to document management. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you manage a large team of professionals while ensuring that all operations align with global standards. You will also provide strategic support to the Director of Real Estate and Administration, coordinating special projects, conducting research, data analysis, and reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's overall operations.

The ideal candidate for this Manager: Real Estate & Administration position brings a wealth of experience in office administration and facility management. With your strong background in business administration or a related field, you are well-equipped to handle the diverse responsibilities this role entails.
