Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to join their team. This executive-level role offers the opportunity to design and implement a full spectrum of transformative HR interventions, enabling the organisation to realise its strategy through capable people. The successful candidate will champion employee engagement, key skills retention, and introduce relevant programmes in line with a multigenerational workforce and rapidly changing world of work.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive range of HR interventions that add value to our client's organisation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by prioritising talent management, driving career pathways, facilitating an inclusive workplace, and leveraging people data for decision-making. Your commitment to maintaining employee wellbeing, developing an intergenerational employee value proposition, conducting regular pulse checks, and offering competitive rewards will contribute significantly to creating a positive work culture.

  • Offer aligned and integrated people management practices around people performance and work focused on key business issues

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Director role brings a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles within HR. With an in-depth understanding of HR practices and principles, you have proven your ability to lead authentically and ethically. Your strong people acumen, adaptive/contextual intelligence, data literacy skills, solid business understanding, and experience in organisational development make you the perfect fit for this role. A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
