What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive range of HR interventions that add value to our client's organisation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by prioritising talent management, driving career pathways, facilitating an inclusive workplace, and leveraging people data for decision-making. What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Director role brings a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles within HR. With an in-depth understanding of HR practices and principles, you have proven your ability to lead authentically and ethically. Your strong people acumen, adaptive/contextual intelligence, data literacy skills, solid business understanding, and experience in organisational development make you the perfect fit for this role. A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
