Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to lead their team in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including management. They should excel in managing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation, and in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with organisational goals. This individual should be resourceful, proactive, and innovative in addressing HR challenges and prioritising solutions.
