What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organisation. You will be responsible for leading the HR department, fostering an inclusive culture that aligns with the business mission and values. Your strategic planning skills will be put to use as you develop HR strategies that support business growth and talent management. You will manage employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your ability to coach, mentor, and support staff will help identify strengths and development needs within the team.
