Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager for their Human Resources Shared Services in the Regional Office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services across regional offices and subsidiaries. The successful candidate will focus on operational efficiency, compliance with HR policies, process optimisation, and employee well-being, while also contributing strategically to talent management, digital transformation, and organisational development.
What you'll do:
As an Assistant Manager in Human Resources Shared Services for the Regional Office, your role will be multifaceted. You will oversee the implementation of HR policies across various subsidiaries and regional offices while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised in managing payroll, employee data, benefits administration, as well as providing high-level support on payroll-related requests. Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive process enhancements within HR Shared Services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources operations. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, you have honed your skills in managing outsourced staff, coordinating vendors, implementing HR technology solutions and automating processes. Your strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance requirements and regional labour laws ensures that you can effectively oversee payroll administration. A bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration are required for this role; an additional professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM would be advantageous.
