What you'll do:

As a People Development & Engagement Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisation's growth strategy. Your role will involve developing an annual recruitment strategy, leading the creation of standardised job descriptions, identifying top talents, and ensuring a fair selection process. You will also be responsible for digitising recruitment processes, managing recruitment metrics, reinforcing on-boarding programs, collaborating with hiring managers, staying updated with industry trends, and handling industrial relations.

  • Develop and implement the yearly recruitment strategy for the group
  • Lead the design and implementation of standardised job descriptions & assessment tool kits
  • Identify and assess top talents, while ensuring a rigorous and fair process
  • Develop partnerships with key external stakeholders to reduce time-to-fill (TAT) for evergreen positions
  • Digitise the recruitment & on-boarding processes to improve efficiency
  • Manage, create, and maintain detailed reports on recruitment metrics, including cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
  • Reinforce the implementation of the on-boarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and the best sourcing & selection strategies
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices to continually optimise processes
  • Handle industrial relations, fostering positive relationships with relevant stakeholders

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the People Development & Engagement Manager role is a strategic thinker with a passion for talent attraction and acquisition. You should hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in a senior recruitment role. A strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs, excellent communication skills, and solid knowledge of employment laws are essential for this role.

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare business will be a strong advantage
  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience in managing recruitment budgets and optimising resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
