Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager with a strong background in the retail or FMCG industry. This exciting opportunity is based in Johannesburg and requires a candidate with a proven track record of driving learning initiatives and fostering talent development in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Minimum of five years' experience in Learning and Development
  • At least three years' experience in managing people
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
  • Advantage: Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or ETDP certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP SuccessFactors, SETA systems, and Articulate/Storyline
