Senior HR Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated outgoing Senior HR Manager, ideally based in Morocco, with a strong background in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both French and Arabic.

  • MSc degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Manager
  • Fluency in both French and Arabic is essential
  • Proven experience in the Agriculture and Food industries is required
  • Experience with recruiting, training and retaining managers, middle managers and workers in high numbers
  • Based in Agadir, Morocco
