Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your analytical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver effective recruiting solutions, providing data analysis and interpretation to support the recruiting team. Your insights into skills gaps, salary benchmarks, candidate demographics and talent shortages will help optimise recruiting strategies and attract top talent in a competitive market.

What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Analyst, you will play an integral role in shaping our client's recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for analysing job descriptions, developing ideal candidate profiles, executing job postings, and reviewing resumes. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements. Furthermore, your strong analytical skills will be utilised as you provide data analysis and interpretation to support the recruiting team. You will also interact with various stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovative recruiting approaches backed by market intelligence.
* Analyse job descriptions and build ideal candidate profiles for open positions
* Execute legally compliant job postings to internet and print sites
* Develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
* Review resumes to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements
* Provide data analysis and interpretation, insight and support to the recruiting team
* Track key operational metrics and escalate issues where appropriate
* Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements
What you bring:
The ideal Recruitment Analyst brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, you have spent 1-2 years honing your skills in this area. Your strong analytical abilities are complemented by excellent problem-solving skills. You take pride in your attention to detail and ability to produce accurate data. Knowledge of recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems is essential, as is proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate data
* Knowledge of recruitment workflow and applicant tracking systems
