A leading global financial services organization, based in Cape Town, is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in global fixed-term and permanent recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Oversee daily business operations related to recruitment, including finances, legal compliance, and background checks.
  • Drive recruitment projects, including digital transformation initiatives and process improvements.
  • Utilize HRIS systems, PNet, LinkedIn, and other tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage fixed-term contract recruitment processes effectively, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of contract employees.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in global recruitment, with expertise in managing end-to-end processes.
  • Proven experience in fixed-term contract recruitment is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – a true people’s person who can build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working with hiring managers and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, PNet, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements within the recruitment space.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
