Key Responsibilities

Draft accurate, high-quality legal documents within required timeframes.

Conduct thorough legal research and present clear, practical findings.

Manage and maintain case files, ensuring records are organised and up to date.

Utilise legal research databases, document management, and case management systems effectively.

Oversee the diary and mailbox of the VP: Legal, Risk and Compliance, tracking deadlines and coordinating schedules.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legal requirements.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the legal function.
Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Paralegal Studies (essential).

Minimum 6 years’ corporate paralegal experience.

Strong drafting and legal research capability.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

High level of attention to detail and professionalism under pressure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, legal research tools, and document management systems.

Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
