Mid - Senior IP Litigation Associate

Our client is a dynamic law firm specializing in intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications, and corporate law. They are currently searching for a Mid to Senior Associate specialising in intellectual property litigation to join their firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in intellectual property litigation.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to protect and enforce clients' IP rights.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Advise clients on IP-related legal issues and provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
  • Stay current with developments in IP law and related fields.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Admission as an Attorney

Experience: 3 – 6 years PQE

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of IP law.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
