General Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Five or more years of post-qualification experience, with a particular focus in corporate and commercial law
• Proven experience in corporate commercial law, with a strong track record of handling complex transactions and legal issues
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
