General Manager

A Pharmaceutical Company committed to improving health across the African continent is currently looking for an experience General Manager with a background as a pharmacist. This role will be based in their Namibia office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational strategy and take on the below responsibilities;

Responsibilities:
• To provide the overall operational strategy,
• To drive organisational performance through manufacturing activities
• To obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation.

Requirements
• Must have a Pharmaceutical background
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational or general management type role
• Understanding of Regulatory, registration and licencing processes
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles
