About the role: As the ESG & Impact Manager, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams and other relevant stakeholders. Together, you will drive the implementation and integration of ESG & Impact initiatives throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement ESG & Impact strategy, requirements and guidelines for the firm and their funds, while closely monitoring compliance of respective portfolio companies.
• Set up an ESG and sustainability reporting framework in line with regulatory ESG impact requirements.
• Implement future regulatory requirements in the areas of ESG & Impact and sustainability reporting (e.g., CSRD, EFRAG, ISSB, TCFD, GRI or VRF) on Fund level.
• Manage and closely monitor ESG & Impact risks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collate information, produce reports for Investors, and respond to ESG & Impact questionnaires from Investors, including, but not limited to Investor Due Diligence processes during periods of fundraising.
• Collaborate with the investment team in ESG Due Diligences during acquisition processes.
• Contribute to the fund's impact measurement framework, assessing the positive social and environmental outcomes of investments.

Candidates Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in sustainability/ESG and Impact gained either in private equity, consulting or in an in-house ESG and Impact position within an organization.
• Technical experience and/or an appreciation of conducting ESG and Impact reviews, due diligence assessments, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with the regulatory framework.
• Robust influencing and engagement ability; adept at building relationships and credibility.
• Ability to provide leadership and work competently across a wide range of areas with investment managers, senior management of portfolio companies.
• Fluency in English and French is required both verbally and in writing.
