We are looking for a reliable Human Resources & Internal Communication Manager to join our client team!
As a Human Resources & Internal Communication Manager, you will be responsible for realising the overall administration, payroll, coordination, evaluation and talent development of our human resources plans and programs. Moreover, you will be responsible for the internal corporate communication. These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s back-up and talent development program
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Performing benefits administration
- Maintaining affirmative action programs
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Overseeing exit interviews
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Participating in the monthly Management Committee
- Creating and executing an internal communication strategy
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Human Resouces Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, white and blue colors
- Experience with Quality Assurance Management
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
