Operations Manager (Responsable des Opérations)

Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of agricultural produce is hiring an Operations Manager to join their team in the south of Morocco.

Job responsibilities:

  • Implement the development and investment policy
  • Participate in planning, crop rotation, production management on a global scale
  • Participate in defining the strategic and tactical orientations of the company, the business plan, capex and budget
  • Build, upgrade and maintain farms in the South zone (existing farms and newly acquired)

Candidate requirements:

  • Considerable experience working in the agriculture, textile or automotive industries.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills as part of management
  • Effective management experience, overseeing large production teams.
  • A solid understanding of the Moroccan agriculture landscape and market conditions
