Strategy & Investment Manager

A leading manufacturer and distributor of paints and coatings in Nigeria is looking to hire a Strategy & Investment Manager to join their Strategy & Transformation department.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the Company’s strategic plans and lead the periodic reviews of the business plan.
  • Manage the budget planning process ensuring that annual budgets are in line with the Company’s 5 year business plan and the Company’s strategy
  • Lead the execution of various strategic projects for the Company
  • Support corporate actions for the Company including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and so on
  • Manage the company’s investor relations engagements

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting and strategic finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering
  • Graduate business degree, Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures
  • Proficient in performing robust financial analysis, building complex financial models, and conducting company valuations
