To conduct Payroll administration for expatriate employees and to ensure accuracy of Payroll-related information of expatriate employees and potential recruits. The incumbent liaises between company groups/divisions to ensure accuracy of Payroll reporting, adherence to DRC legislation regarding company policies and procedures impacting Payroll, for all employees (Congolese and expatriate).

Min. 5 years' relevant experience in Payroll, in a managerial-related role involving discrete handling of sensitive, confidential information Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous Fluency in French and English a must. Swahili and Mandarin advantageous |
