Multi-National Engineering / Construction and Procurement Company is looking for a Technical Sales Manager for there Eng/Construction Management Projects.
Manages sales activities in a specified commodity area for a wide range of products and systems in order to contribute to overall business results.
- Takes the lead in all aspects of the sales process both internally and externally.
- Explores new business opportunities and adapts client concepts to market needs.
- Identifies market potentials (Brownfields and Greenfields) and builds business cases in order to maximize quality in the sales approach.
- Takes part in the overall negotiation with all involved parties such as; agents, contractors, customers and financial institutes.
- Initiates and leads client meetings to ensure the best possible contractual terms.
- Builds relationships and creates impact on high level external stakeholders, such as government representatives and major decision-makers in order to create strong, long lasting, and profitable key relations for future business success.
- Ensures that a comprehensive overall plan is prepared for the full-scale project, which describes the overall steps, milestones, and the resources necessary to formulate a proposal that covers the full multidimensional scope (commercial, procurement, calculations, legal, tax etc.), leading to the best possible terms for …. and fulfilling all client expectations.
- Sets direction for the various parts of the project to ensure that the final proposal will be fully completed in line with expectations.
- Follows up on the project progress and keeps Management updated on financial status and progress.
- Performs technical presentations and demonstrates how a product meets client needs.
- Takes the necessary action to secure the ongoing process will result in a final proposal.
- Negotiates contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

Requirements, Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor/Master of Science or the equivalent knowledge acquired in whatever way.
- Thorough knowledge of how divisions involved in project sales and delivery integrate their operations.
- Thorough knowledge of the …. products and technical solutions.
- Significant numbers of years of experience within a technical sales role.
- Some years of project management experience.
- International business experience.
- Must be self-driven and have a high ‘A’ Sales profile.
