A worldwide technology and manufacturing company who provides Aerospace, Home and Building Technologies, Performance Materials and Technologies & Safety and Productivity Solutions, is looking to hire their future Sales Leader, to be based in Morocco – Casablanca.
You will drive sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different customers for the Security and Fire Solutions in Franco Africa Region (CCTV, Access Control, Fire detection & Suppression).
- Maintaining regular customer contact.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Developing customer relationship through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc.
- Providing product technical presentations.
- Maintaining and providing reports and opportunity status.
- Providing competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Providing forecast & demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP).
- Team management (5 people).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years in team management & in selling Security Solutions as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection & Suppression – no HVAC required.
- French & English (fluent).
- Previous travelling in the Region.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- Excellent team & communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative & work with limited direction.
- Significant experience in selling industrial products.
- Deep technical expertise.
