Warehouse Manager (Retail)

A leading retailer is looking for a experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team. This role will be based at the warehouse operations in Johannesburg.

Job responsibilities

• Develops and oversees the complete warehouse operations in South Africa
• 3PL Management
• Material/Inventory Control and management
• Stocking of inventory and Ensuring stock accuracy
• Ensuring timely processing and deliveries of stock
• Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
• Logistics Management
• Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring proper documentation and up-dation of records at DC
• Allocating and managing staff resources
• Handling local government bodies issues and contractual employees
• Keeping strong hold on the Employees and outsourced workers working in the warehouse.
• Handling local area issues related to warehouse

Requirements

• 3PL Management is a non-negotiable
• Warehouse P & L management
• 8 + years of experience on Purchase, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Inventory Management,
  Procurement Management
• Managed 8500 + SKUS
