Sales Director - Africa
A global workspace solutions provider is seeking a Sales Director to accelerate growth in Africa. This hands-on role combines driving high-value partnership deals across the continent with leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to accelerate network expansion, secure strategic commercial agreements, and deliver outstanding partner and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership

Own and deliver the regional sales strategy aligned to growth targets.

Take full accountability for sales performance, pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and deal conversion.

Ensure consistent delivery of agreed revenue and deal-volume targets across the region.
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of sales and business development professionals.

Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks, ensuring disciplined execution.

Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, pace, and results.
Enterprise & Complex Deal Execution

Personally lead and sponsor high-value, commercially complex partnership negotiations.

Guide teams through full sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract closure.

Work closely with legal, finance, and internal stakeholders to secure board-approved agreements.
Market & Client Engagement

Build senior-level relationships with property owners, developers, franchise groups, and institutional real estate players.

Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and executive-level forums.

Drive market visibility and positioning as a partner of choice for flexible workspace solutions.
Strategic Contribution

Provide market insight, sales intelligence, and feedback into regional growth planning.

Identify portfolio-level opportunities and multi-site deals across key African markets.

Ensure expansion is commercially viable, scalable, and aligned to profitability targets.
Requirements

Proven Sales Director / Commercial Director experience within a multinational
- Proven experience across the African Continent

Strong background in enterprise B2B sales, complex solutions, or capital-intensive services.

Demonstrated success leading senior sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Track record of closing large, high-value deals

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the credibility to engage C-suite decision-makers.

Confident operating across diverse markets and cultures.
