Store Manager

Our client, a leading retailer of household furniture, office furniture and home accessories is hiring for a store manager to join their business in Accra.

Job responsibilities:

• Control and validation of the implementation of the brand's commercial strategy
• Developing the customer portfolio and the average basket
• Ensure the success of the launch of various commercial campaigns to develop attendance and ensure the availability of all the essential art of marketing operations
• Propose and implement action plans to optimise revenue and margin

Candidate requirements:

• Good knowledge of the supermarket market, with a preference for non-food (Furniture) retail market
• Good knowledge of information systems
• Good managerial skills, on a multiple brand or multiple store perimeter
• Good analytical skills
