My client is looking for a results-driven and experienced salesperson to lead our property sales for in-house real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property rentals and sales, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the real estate market.

Objectives of the Role

  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for residential housing projects, commercial properties, and rental units to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Build Client Relationships:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities: This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Sales Team Coordination:
    • Support the sales team in achieving targets through administrative assistance and efficient coordination of sales activities.
    • Provide leadership, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team’s high performance and professional growth.
  • Client and Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and other partners.
    • Engage directly with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about properties for sale or rent.
  • Lead Management and Feedback:
    • Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and gather feedback to enhance the sales process.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding payments and related matters.
  • Strategic Sales Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet property sales and rental targets.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to assess progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Travel and Flexibility:
    • Attend property site visits and client meetings as required.
    • Adapt to flexible working hours to meet client needs and participate in sales events.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate comprehensive weekly sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, real estate, or property management.
  • Experience working with developers is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Congo is a plus.
  • Prior experience collaborating with real estate agents.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, maintaining a client-oriented approach.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
