Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer and product issues assigned in the ticket management system (Jira Service Desk)
Prioritise and work on issues based on SLA commitments, severity, and complexity
Collaborate with Support and Product team members to understand issues and find appropriate solutions
Identify potential causes for issues, including data, environment, user behaviour, and code
Implement solutions following the company's practices and standards
Provide clear explanations of problems and solutions in Jira tickets to contribute to our knowledge base
Regularly update customers on investigation steps, evidence, status, and resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution
Deliver high-quality code that meets development and quality standards
Actively participate in software deployments across various environments
Contribute to the support knowledge base through documentation and ticket updates
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial software development/support experience in Web Applications
Strong expertise in C#, .Net Core and Framework (ASP.Net, MVC, WebApi), Angular, SQL Server, Cloud DevOps, Windows Server, IIS
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus
Proficiency in Git and related work-flows
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Desk
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Knowledge of unit and integration testing
