Job Purpose:
This is a Non Fuel Based role in an Oil and Gas company
As the Corporate Retail Offer and Promotion Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market researches to identify Consumers segmentation in each market/affiliate and share output with marketing team.
You will also be responsible for translating all Backcourt and Forecourt Offers into one Integrated Plan for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for product and service offerings across the Retail network. • Oversee the execution of branded customer offers, including fuels, lubricants, fuel card programs, loyalty initiatives, and automotive services. • Forge partnerships with international brands such as Starbucks to enhance our retail offerings. • Monitor and optimize fuel and lubricant stock levels through key performance indicators. • Identify and support alternative profit centers within the retail network. • Drive the development and implementation of retail marketing offers and programs. • Collaborate with Marcomms to develop digital retail content and communication strategies. • Set pricing strategies and gross margins for retail offers. • Track key performance indicators to measure and monitor the performance of the retail network. • Plan and execute annual and seasonal promotions and marketing communication materials. • Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across various channels. • Lead field teams and provide support and guidance as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing. • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of managing retail businesses across multiple geographies.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership skills. • Proficiency in retail sales techniques. • Knowledge of downstream oil business. • Excellent command of English. • Familiarity with non-fuel retail operations.
