You will be responsible for advanced financial statement preparation and analysis, interpreting financial data to provide strategic insights for business decision-making. Your expertise will guide the company on global financial matters, including structuring across tax jurisdictions. You'll also manage the company’s Employee Share Ownership Scheme and perform advanced analytics on team’s utilisation and project profitability. A key part of your role will be continually and proactively optimizing all financial processes. * Advanced financial statement preparation and analysis * Interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights for business decision-making * Guidance and advice on global financial matters, including structuring across tax jurisdictions * Valuation analysis * Managing the company’s Employee Share Ownership Scheme * Advanced analytics on team’s utilisation and project profitability, translating into company strategy * Continually and proactively optimizing all financial processes

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position will bring a minimum of five years of professional experience, ideally within a small and fast-growing South African-based business with international clients. You should hold a CA (SA) qualification or equivalent. Your intellectual curiosity should drive you to have a keen interest in the world, a passion for ideas, and the ability to think strategically about financial trends, economic developments and organisational growth. Your proactive problem-solving skills should demonstrate a results-driven approach with excellent decision-making, analytical, and collaborative abilities.

* CA (SA)/ ACCA/ CIMA qualification or equivalent
