Reporting to the Compliance Officer/MLRO, you will help lead client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and internal reporting.

The successful candidate will be technically strong, comfortable managing sensitive compliance matters, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Perform source-of-funds checks and blacklist/sanctions screening
  • Monitor financial transactions and flag/report suspicious activities
  • Maintain and update internal compliance registers and reports
  • Support implementation of AML/CFT programs and internal training
  • Assist in compliance audits and inspections by regulators
  • Liaise with the MLRO and step into a Deputy MLRO function as needed

Soft Skills:

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Organised and systematic approach to documentation and reporting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to the pace of a dynamic, globally focused environment.
