You will oversee investment strategies, site selection, project financing, and construction execution. Your role will involve engaging with government entities, equity investors, developers, and financial institutions to structure trade-enabling real estate projects.
- Develop and implement a real estate development strategy.
- Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and master planning for new infrastructure projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle.
