Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst in Human Resources, specialising in Staff Data, Analytics and Reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a prestigious international organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for HRMIS, staff data accuracy and integrity, as well as supporting the Human Resources Department in data management and reporting activities. This role is based in Egypt and offers a unique chance to work in a multicultural environment.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Analyst: HR (Staff Data, Analytics & Reporting), your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of all HR processes. You will act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to HRIS data processing functions. Your responsibilities will include providing first-line support, maintaining data integrity, ensuring timely and accurate capture of new employee data, performing necessary data administration tasks, providing technical support to new staff, maintaining HRIS databases, preparing HR metrics and dashboards for meetings, and troubleshooting any issues related to HR data repository. Your meticulous attention to detail coupled with your strong analytical skills will ensure that you excel in this role.

  • Provide first line support to all HR processes on HRIS data processing functions including data entry, maintenance, quality assurance and reporting.
  • Act as the data management specialist for the Human Resources Department.
  • Ensure that all new employees' data is captured in the HRIS in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform necessary data administration and system activities for all HR processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to new staff on the proper use of HRIS systems.
  • Responsible for the general data update and maintenance of the HRIS databases.
  • Prepare HR metrics and dashboards to be presented at monthly, quarterly, and annual HR/Management meetings.
  • Troubleshoot, analyse, detect, and conduct regular review of HR data repository for deficiencies and any data errors.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst: HR (Staff Data, Analytics & Reporting) role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Maths/Statistics or a related field from a recognised University. A certification in HRIS systems and Analytics would be advantageous. With at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources area within an International Organisation or Financial services industry, you will have a good understanding of HR processes and systems. Your impeccable computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and strong excel skills, will be essential for this role. Proven experience with data management and workforce analytics is also required. Your strong attention to detail, accuracy in data management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will set you apart.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Maths/Statistics or a related field from a recognised University.
  • Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SHRM-CP, SAP HR certification) is preferred.
  • A certification in Analytics is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience part of which was in a Human Resources area in an International Organisation/Financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Impeccable computer skills including the full suite of MS Office applications with strong excel skills.
  • Proven experience with data management and workforce analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
