A leading Pharma & Food packaging equipment manufacturer is looking for an After-Sales Sales Manager to grow and lead the North African region ( Maghreb region).

Job responsibilities :

  • Regular customer visits within the North African region (Maghreb countries) to identify service sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Secure and grow order intake through the after-sales services
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s service and equipment portfolio to contribute effectively to technical discussions and solution development.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet service-related targets and profit goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, and manufacturing sites to ensure efficient service delivery and customer support.
  • Represent the company at relevant regional and international trade fairs and PHARMA/Food packaging exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts related to service sales performance and market feedback.
  • Travel up to 60% to meet customers and support business development efforts across the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the PHARMA/Food equipment or packaging sector.
  • Extensive network and experience in PHARMA/Food production and packaging.
  • Proven Sales experience in Maghreb region
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
