You will also have the opportunity to contribute to shaping product positioning and messaging based on insights from your conversations with prospects. * Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach * Identify and research potential clients for our portfolio companies focused on the B2B approach * Work closely with internal teams to refine target audiences and sales strategies * Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives * Build rapport and develop relationships with decision-makers at various levels of an organisation * Track outreach and lead interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of leads and follow-up actions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Growth Hacker/Senior Business Development Specialist role will bring proven experience in sales or a similar role. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers across various industries. Your organisational skills will be crucial in managing a high volume of leads and outreach efforts. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot would be advantageous.

* Proven experience in sales or business development role (preferably in B2B sales)
* Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and using social media for prospecting
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to engage and influence key decision-makers in a variety of industries
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and outreach efforts
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive etc.)
